So that's how they treat their faithful customers!? So now we have to go with someone else for a while to be able to afford it. I wish we could just do without it.
Bill gets higher an higher! Should take better care of their customers that stay with them for longer than 2 years, that way the customer will stay with them.

When we started with Charter again (3rd time in 7 yrs) we were told that our bill would not go up for 2 years. Husband went to pay the bill today and it was over $37 more! Was told we have been with them a year now and so our rate increased.
