The manager over berkly springs (Autum) is her name. She is a big bully along with the other people living there. They will pend stuff on you and they will make your stay there a living hell. I will never live here. If you have kids then more than likely there going to get bullied too. And the reason i say that is because the (other) people living here have kids too and they will bully your child. And if you do deside to ignore this post and move in. Then you better not make a single noise or you best bet they will call the cops.
I don't live here but someone in my family does. But before you ever even think about moving into this place. Please read this.
I have family that live here and I always like being here. Landscaping is always well taken care of, no trash everywhere and the pool is a little small but always clean. Apartments are well laid out and spacious. I would definitely consider moving here myself
