GREAT Place. Makes ya feel alot farthee from center of town. Close to Projects but complete Ritz Hotel in comparison.

Terrrible!!!!!!!!! Neighbors are loud kids are unsupervised. Cops are here all the time. I use to love it here but now I can't wait for my lease to end. The manager now is terrible. Our neighbors are nosy loud and just terrible. They have a dog that barks all hours of the night. We're not allowed to have animals at all!!!! Try to tell the manager and she wouldn't listen.i don't recommend anyone live here. Not even worth a star honestly.

Is there a Regional Manager? Do you have a dress code? This new manager needs to dress more professionally. The manager before was so well dress. your new manager talks so rough and you can see the company was desperate to hire this one. No experience. I heard her one day talking trashy to the maintenance guy . I will not stay here when lease is up.

I give a negative number if possible! I paid my deposit over 2 months ago! Supposedly it took that long for my apartment to get ready, and between that time I had to swop jobs due to a lay off and when it was finally ready turned me down due to not being at my job long enough. Also the manager that was there was fired so now they have a lady in there that has no clue about anything. I gave my moving notice almost 2 months ago so me and my kids are about to be homeless bc of this place. This place doesn't even deserve to be open bc of the way they treat peope! Only reason I gave 1 star is bc it made me! To the heck with this place!
