I can't speak to tanning services but since that requires minimal interaction I'm sure it's okay and I will say the salon was clean so that's always nice. It's sad that there's a good stylist that I won't be able to see because she works with such rude and unprofessional individuals.

I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service from a hair "professional". I was in here to get my hair and makeup done as well as the bride's and other bridesmaids for a wedding. The stylist that did our hair and makeup was fabulous! The problem arose when another stylist decided it was appropriate to yell at us to move out of her way without even asking first which if she had asked nicely we would have moved just the same.... instead she yelled, stood over us because we weren't moving fast enough, and proceeded to point her finger in our faces while yelling "you have to get out!" It was completely and totally uncalled for. To top off this unpleasant experience the owner and the rude

Beware extremely rude and disrespectful people work here.... went in to get hair and makeup done for my wedding with my bridesmaids and our stylist was great. Obviously since there were 6 of us and only one stylist we were sitting around talking. When another stylist came in (I'll call her S) instead of asking us to move (Which we would have if she had asked nicely) S starts yelling (yes yelling) at us and says you need to get out of here now! We thought it was rude, but then started to gather our things and move out of the salon area. While trying to collect everything S stood over us and when she felt we weren't moving fast enough put her finger in our faces and waved at the door yelling "you need to get out" all the while tapping her foot. It was completely unprofessional considering she used 1 of the 4 chairs she kicked us out of and was in there for all of 5 minutes to cut someone's hair. I probably would have talked to management instead of posting reviews but management felt the need to whisper with S about my bridesmaids and I as if we were garbage. So if you like a professional hair experience go anywhere but ENVY. Clearly they don't want business from their hair salon, so I guess it's a good thing they have tanning beds.
