Love the products, but haven't been able to contact anyone in customer service throughout the ordering process. Tried to call before placing the order and again after placing the order no return call, which I didn't expect in the first place. No real info on how quickly my order would ship or deliver... Like I said great products but if u don't have a retailer close... Order way in advance!
