Very disgusted with LUS right now after a city meter reader let himslef into our fenced back yard with our dogs in it and left the gate wide open letting all of our dogs out to roam. When my husband asked him about it he just smarted off to him. I understand that they have to read the meter but he should not have left the gate open letting them out. It is absolutely stupid to have a leash/containment law and have a city worker that lets your dogs loose and has a i dont care attitude.
