The most recent visit was very bad the chicken was under cooked "pink, red, and abit bloody, buffets were a mess, and the place was loaded with flys. Just an update my mom wanted eat there we went they did much better job. So I'm raising my rating.
Great food, service, and price!
Grilled shrimp to spicy n steak w buffet don't look like what they advertise. Food on buffet was very dry. Salad bar was good n so was our waitress.
My ex husband is in a wheel chair and hasn't been out of a hospital setting in 3 months. We're not familiar with the Lawrenceburg area and I thought this would be a decent place to take him for lunch. Let's start with the fact it took 4 people just to get him in the doors bc the wheels wouldn't go over the frames. Keep in mind these were guests, not employees to help. Then I stood in line for 10-15 minutes while he sat in the dining room. No one ever came to move chairs or accommodate him in any way. As I was ordering his food I asked if I could exchange the salad with his steak for extra fries and my cashier said yes. Awesome. So I approached my ex and we found a small table. Moved the chairs myself. THEN a waitress approached us and suggested better table. So we pick up our silverware and move to the other table. Once again, I move all the chairs myself while employees watch. I wish I could've brought this up while I was there, but I didn't want to embarrass him. Then his steak comes. His ribeye looks like hamburger steak but is chewy like jerky. And I'm not one to complain about an empty glass for few minutes, but when I can clearly see my server standing at expo eating, it's kind of annoying. Oh yeah, and they charged me for the fries.
We went in tonight and saw a roach crawl across the wall. This is the second time we saw this. The food isnt good anymore. And its always the same stuff. Our steaks were over cooked. Our waitress was nice and very friendly.
