Gave a 4 star instead of 5 because I have been here when the wait time was a little long, had dry chicken about 6pm or so, and I have experienced a rude car hop or two but with all that being said.... I'm curious HOW a previous reviewer claimed she saw roaches and cheese on the floors??? Sounds like someone with a negative agenda towards this sonic. My food is usually FRESH and fairly short wait times! Yall want to see a bad sonic, go to Pulaski or Loretto!
Ridiculously rude staff here. There was one night my boyfriend and I came here and all we ordered was two chocolate milkshakes. They tasted funny and we pressed the bottom again to tell them and a girl came out and all we got was "Actually, I made them myself, so." Even after we explained the chocolate tasted bad.
The food is generally very good, hot, and fresh. The carhops are very friendly, though I have yet to see any of them on skates (during summer hours); however, the establishment is clean and orderly. You general do not have to wait more than a few minutes for your order, even when they are at their busiest.
In my opinion the best time to go is during HAPPY Hour when drinks are half price and corn dogs are 99 cent. Happy Hour is from 2 to 4 Monday through Friday but not sure about the weekends.
My first visit & it was very busy. They were running a special but were still fast & accurate. Friendly as well.
So, we asked for a manager bc these milkshakes tasted like the syrup had gone bad or something. He came out and explained it was a new girl, probably didn't make it right and he made us some that tasted better, and gave us coupons that went bad in 2015.
