My sister ,our parents and myself visited Lawrenceburg TN today. On our way out of town we stopped by Shoneys for lunch. It was really good but one of the enjoyable parts of our meal was our waiter Billy he is awesome! Said he has worked there 22 years.
My husband and I ordered the buffet our little granddaughter wanted the Jr. cheeseburger and fries. It took them over a hour to bring it. Everytime we asked they said it was dropping. We never got any refills. I went back to buffet and there was a hair in the gravy. The manager was at the buffet and I told her about the hair and all she did was pull it out. Will not go back.
The food was very good this visit and the waitress was New but did a fantastic job, thank you Joy!
I called this morning and spoke with the manager, and was told that this isn't on the menu. It is.
Wasn't the best place to have lunch. Waited to be seated while the place was not busy. Staff was not helpful, my food order was not what I ordered, sent my plate back twice.
Last night I stopped in to get chicken Alfredo without chicken ( my daughter is vegetarian) , and was told by two different people that I could not order this dish, then asked to speak with management to no avail.
