Pretty fast on getting my order but I prefer white Castle

7/26/2017 order was wrong, went to pick up lunch for a friend on 7/28/2017, order was wrong again.. it's a simple as listening to what the customer wants & putting it on the computer system.. it's really isn't that difficult. #3 only mayonnaise & cheese, yet you get mustard, mayo, cheese, onion & pickle. 3 Krystal chicks no pickle, yet ya get 4 pickles on one and one a piece on the others... those self ordering booths are starting to look much better these days. Seems pretty easy to me.
I asked for fresh Krystals and instead got what looks like five day old krystals!! Hard buns almost burnt meat!! Wish I could post a pic
