Not reliable, purchased shower unit that was in their building and was told that it would be cleaned up before delivery, 3 days later, unit was delivered dirty and filthy. I and wife both called store and talked to the store personnel about issue, could not talk to mgr. because was told that he was not in. When to the store to talk to the mgr. about problem. He was in his office, but would not come out, to busy. Very poor customer service.
