Friendly enough. Didn't have many things I needed that are vape related.
I wasn't made to fill rushed, the guy took his time to help me find the right juice I was looking for.
Have been using Sterling 4 a few years all online as I live 43 miles from nearest vape store.. Customer service with them is AWESOME.. Friendly fast courteous service. Would and do recommend to ALL MY VAPE PALS!!! Great staff! Can't say enuf good stuff about them.
