Pizza was so so...think it cooked to long...service was friendly and quick when she spilled n drink on pizza
The salad bar was small and basic and not bad at all. Lettuce was pretty fresh. The pizza buffet looked a little old when we arrived, but they quickly brought out new pizzas, including one we asked for (pepperoni, mushrooms and green olives) and it was delicious. The drinks were good. They brought out fresh cinnamon bread sticks and that alone made it worth the price of admission! Our server was a really sweet woman who did a good job! Great price as well! $5.99 plus drink, tax, tip.
I have ordered pizza twice online and even had the printout where it said exactly what I ordered and it was wrong. The manager was rude and told me there was nothing I could do about it because it was ordered online and it wasn’t their fault and didn’t care what I said. I have never been spoke to like that from a manager and will never eat there ever again.
Every time we come to Pizza hut in Lawrenceburg with my wife's cousin, my wife's cousin has to take our order, go get our food, and clean up our table, not to mention go and refill our drinks. This has gotten plumb ridiculous she is not on the clock and it is her day off. If she wanted to do all of this she would just cook at home and we would eat there instead of spending our money here at Pizza hut in Lawrenceburg TN. I worked at sonic for 15 years and every time I went up there to eat with my family the employees that work there did their jobs and treated us like all of the other customers. This is beyond ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this
Had a great time with my family, food was really good and service was awesome, She was the best!!! She knows her how to do her job!!! I give Pizza Hut, and our girl 5 stars!
