They won't answer the phone. Yeah it's close to closing time, but they still had an hour to go.
Ordered and paid for a large pizza and when picked-up by my husband who wasn't aware of what I ordered was given a medium pizza instead. 25 minutes later when he got home from picking it up I noticed we were given a medium pizza when we had paid for a large. The manager kept saying he has nothing to do with the web and that they made what came through from the web even though I had a confirmation of a large pizza being ordered. Refused to deliver a new pizza because I was out of the delivery area and would do nothing to reimburse me for the large pizza when I had only received a medium. He said to call the web about it. Will not buy another Papa John's pizza.
Horrible service. Typical Monday night, no reason to be super busy or backed up. I called and ordered 1 large hand tossed pizza and a 2 liter and the lady on the phone told me it would be 30-40 minutes. An hour goes by and I call to check on my pizza and she says it's ready for delivery but there's not a driver available right now. I said ok I will wait till one gets there. It has now been close to two hours and I still haven't received a call telling me the driver is on the way. I can promise you papa johns wont be getting anymore of my business. This store is located in Lawrenceburg, TN by the way.

Ordered my usual "The Works". It was loaded with ingredients more than usual and delivered early! Great pizza!
