My brother lives here. They bent over backwards to help make sure that he was in his apartment in time. Though local management was changing, and several other issues at the apartments was going on. It was appreciated.not the prettiest apartments, but the staff's willingness to help set was a selling point.
It was the worst place I have lived in . Roaches mice spiders mold electictrical and plumbing issues. Maintance sucks. They are cinstantly getting new landlords who know nothing at all about running them. Plus they are to ovey priced now a 3 bedroom is like 575. When they arent worth that. There was no outside lights in the building I use to live in i have seen a few ppl fall down the steps cause they aint no lights. Our bathtub leaked bad and fell down on to someone giveing their 6 minth old a bath ine night. They didnt fix it they just put it back up with some ply wood. Not a safe place for anyone

Roach and hoodlum infested. Management sucks. Hasn't been remodeled since its construction in 1805. If you have a problem, get over it because it won't be fixed.
