Always clean and friendly service. Workers seem to always be smiling and give off positive energy. Cheapest movie rates around and newest of movie selections. Great weekday specials for each day if. The week and even offer free movies during the summer for kids. All around great place. Highly recommended.
My husband, daughter, and I went to see a movie on a Friday night. Our daughter sat between us and fidgeted the whole movie. When it was over, I asked her what was the problem and she told us her seat had been broken or loose so every time she moved in the slightest way the entire thing would shift or shake & that it wasn't her. We were still in the theater so my husband ran down to our seats and confirmed that the seat seemed to be missing bolts and would shift at the lightest touch. I let the manager know and he graciously gave each of us a free movie pass, a great customer service move. That would have been awesome but when we tried to use them recently, the cashier at the window wouldn't accept them and said they looked "homemade". They were just cardstock obviously made with a printer and laminated. One was a different size than the others but these are what we were given! The worst thing was that it was a tight week money wise and we didn't have the money for tickets since their prices have gone as high as bigger cities. So it turned two movie nights to bad memories!
We attend movies at this theatre very often and have yet to have anything but Awesome experiences! Their employees are top notch.
The snack bar, like most theaters, have a substantial mark-up, but not comparable to what you'd see in larger theaters. You can afford to take your family out to the movies here without spending half of your paycheck.
The prices for seniors can't be beat ANYWHERE!! Lawrence County is fortunate to have the Crockett Cinemas in their county.
