Worst place ever! I go there to move my license plate on my new car with a plate that is in my name & does not expire until April, I give them a registration that matched the plate number & they are telling me that that license plate is not even in my name, well it is too in my name, so I had to drive all the way back to my house both ways 20 minutes there & 20 minutes back here to find a different registration, was able to except that one, then there internet goes down, so I can't pay with my card, so I have to walk across the street & pay a $3 fee I didn't want to pay to get cash out of the ATM, I guess I shouldn't expect much considering it's Lawrenceburg! I would zero star it if that was possible!!! I've never had this much trouble in Maury county!
I don't know where to begin with the clerks rudeness or the fact that they don't do their homework. Im from out of state and they been telling me for two years and I can't get my car registered because they don't have my title and they had me call the state. i called the state and the state said if they actually look for it ....your titles already there. Ignorance is bliss.
The bedside manner of the Clerks office has consistently been rude. I'd like to ask them if they go to church on Sunday. If they say, "Why, yes." I would then say to them, "Well, stop, because it's not doing you any good." If they don't like their jobs, the lot of them, they should either quit or retire.
