Every time I went in it was like I didn't matter to them. Never had a claim in the 3 years I was with them and my bill never went down. If anything it went up. My agent was extremely rude and treated me like I was the scum of the earth. Never again!! When I called to cancel they didnt offer to cut my bill down or even try to get me to stay. They just said ok and hung up. I switched to geico and it is sooooo much better. Everybody is nice and do not act like they are better than you. Plus it's much cheaper for more coverage.
