Very poor service. Just because they would have to get out of office later that day if they fit me in for a 10 min appt cause thats all the time it ever took. I was late an extra 10 minutes but it was raining muddy and my car was stuck. No I didnt have my cell phone on me to call. I missed one appt because Tiffany told me my appt was the monday before christmas well I believed her what she meant was the week before the christmas so I let that one slide. I went a week without medicine so I came down off of two very strong medicines over 10 mintues. I pray that never happens to them but it makes since why people do whatever they can when the doctors dont work with them.

My name is Barry and I have been very impressed with the Pain Center of Lawrenceburg. This place is located in a neighborhood setting and you feel like you are going to visit a friend when you arrive. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. You will never be a number, co-payment or just another nuisance in a busy system that need to just move as many cattle through as fast as they can. You will always be an individual that they get to know with you many individual needs and they will always approach you with compassion and a treatment plan tailored for "your" individual lifestyle. I have never been there and felt insecure or threatened because people have been standing in line around the building all day or like this is a place where they write prescriptions to anyone. This is not that kind of place, this is a real doctors office and they really treat people from a medical perspective. I love this place and they have literally given me back a lot of my life. They have worked with "me" and "I" have the final say in my treatment after they present me with my options. I can't say enough good stuff about The Pain Center of Lawrenceburg, they have helped me so much and I love the staff that know me personally. If you have issues that would ultimately send you to a pain treatment center, you should really see if your physician would refer you to the Pain Center of Lawrenceburg. I promise you will not be disappointed when it comes to the friendly staff, the professional Doctors, the location of the clinic, the clean professional atmosphere and the quality of care of the Pain Center of Lawrenceburg.
I was seeing them for a couple of years. Then all of a sudden they say they can't help me. I fell 25 feet and have a lot of pain. They were doing good. They say my pill count was off. You know if your pills are wrong they dicharge you. I wasnt. Just some excuse they can't help me. What a crock.
The ladies and Doc have been the best in the 6 yrs of going. You treat them right, they treat you right. I recommend clinic anytime for pain management.
