Owner is argumentative and doesn't like having to honor Craftsman warranty.

POOR POOR management. Our BRAND NEW washer has broke twice in three months. We went today to either get our money back. They wouldn't do that, so I asked to upgrade my washer at MY expense and the manager wouldn't let me. Corporate was ready to send a deliver man out here to get me what I wanted, but it is out of their hands because they are a home owned store... Tried to do the right thing and spend our money at a small business instead of a corporation like Home Depot. Apparently that wasn't the right choice.
