In all my experiences I have never met a bunch of more caring individuals. They are very compationate and professional at an extremely difficult time.
Although the arrangements and funeral were well handled, I got a call 10 months AFTER the funeral from them asking me to provide proof that I had paid!!! I could not believe that they wanted ME to send them proof that my check had cleared 10 months after the funeral. They were paid the day we made the arrangement and they cashed the check the next day, before the funeral, but THEY could not find the payment.
