Waiting time is ridiculous you people must not want my business, and my reception is awful.

WORST customer service EVER. Unprofessional & inefficient (to word it kindly!!).
It was excellent. the staff is great there.
Poor POOR SERVICE. Wait time was 1 hour, 15 mins. Others in line were complaining of how it is VERY FREQUENTLY like this. The 2 employees kept socializing with the current customers, discussing their personal matters with them, instead of getting to the darn point & getting them on their way, so that those of us who had waited in line for over an hour could be assisted. 4 people eventually walked out before being attended to, 2 of which asked for a manager, only to be told: "There's no manager here today. She's got the day off, will be back tomorrow. Sorry!"
