One lady was horribly rude and arrogant.store is good. Just had bad experience with one lady and police over Nothing it was all legal!

A recent trip had me in need of a replacement part. The agent that assisted me was very helpful and, IMHO; went above and beyond. He looked up my part and informed me that he could probably get it, but would possibly be cheaper going to the dealership directly. I believe he could had focused on making a sale, but didn't; he seemed to have my best interest in mind.
